Our particular Public Bonded Warehouse was set up by China Customs, so that we have ability to provide transshipment service of vessel spare parts and marine martial to the domestic and foreign ship-owners. To assist the ship-owners to lower their cost, it’s our special service’s purpose.

Operating Step:

1. Submit the application of warehousing bill of Bonded Warehouse to the customs for approval.
2. Process related procedure of customs clearance after approval.
3. Send goods to Qingdao XiangLong Public Bonded Warehouse after clearance.
4. When the vessel berthed in the port, submit the application of delivery bill of Bonded Warehouse to the customs for approval.
5. After approval, goods will be sent to destination port from Qingdao XiangLong Public Bonded Warehouse. When goods arrived to the destination port, all the supplying activates will be under customs’ supervising and ship’s officer should sign and stamp the bill.
6. China customs will cancel after verification by the bill which is signed and stamped, and the bill of service charge will be sent to the ship-owner.

Detail Price List

1. Fee of Advancement by Qingdao XiangLong to the charge for declaration, storage, commodity inspection and document bill changing (this fee is unstable; it will be carried out according to the instantaneous fee scale).
2. Fee of China customs supervising: 3‰ of the goods value.
3. Transportation charge (transport the goods from the airport/CFS to the bonded warehouse): CNY 500 for one customs declaration(Goods weight under 500KG); CNY 800 for one customs declaration (Goods weight over 500KG)
4. Fee of warehousing in Qingdao XiangLong Bonded Warehousing: CNY 500 for one customs declaration.
5. Marine Supply Service Fee: CNY 400 for one customs declaration (Qingdao Port); CNY 600 for one customs declaration (Huangdao Port); Other ports’ service charge will price by the negotiation.
